1. On-Spot Return Policy (Mandatory)
We operate a “Check and Accept” model.

Inspect Upon Delivery: Customers must open and inspect the package immediately in the presence of the delivery personnel.

Report Issues Instantly: If you find any defect, damage, or incorrect item, you must return it to the delivery personnel on the spot.

Final Acceptance: Once the delivery personnel leaves, the order is considered accepted. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be entertained after this point.
2. Eligibility for Return
A return will only be processed if all the following conditions are met:

The issue is identified in front of the delivery person.

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.

The item is returned immediately to the delivery personnel.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following scenarios:

Any claim raised after the delivery personnel has left your premises.

Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.

Change of mind after the delivery has been accepted.
4. Refund Processing
If an on-spot return is verified and accepted:

Replacement: We will prioritize shipping a replacement for defective items.

Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
